These terms and conditions govern your use of the SOULFUL SEAFOOD LIMITED website and the purchase of any products from our delivery network. By accessing this site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Product Availability and Perishability
Due to the nature of wild-caught seafood, all products are subject to availability and the prevailing maritime conditions. SOULFUL SEAFOOD LIMITED reserves the right to substitute items of equal or greater value in the event of a catch failure, provided we attempt to notify the client in advance. As our products are highly perishable, they are not eligible for standard "cooling-off" return periods once delivered.
2. Delivery Protocols
Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the agreed-upon time. If no one is available, our drivers will follow the "safe place" instructions provided. However, we cannot be held liable for the degradation of product quality or theft if the package is left unattended.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are quoted in GBP and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to adjust pricing based on seasonal fluctuations in the seafood market. Payment must be cleared in full before any delivery is dispatched.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SOULFUL SEAFOOD LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific order in question.
